ey! I'm Stacy. It's nice to meet you. I bring event planning, hospitality operations, and a foundation in communications together to produce memorable moments. I seek sustainability and joy in my process.

I studied Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Strategic Media at Arizona State University. I went into journalism because I believe in the power of words. My degree program is a mouthful, I love words that much. Ha.

I grew up in Arizona, and the desert is where I got my start in event planning. As the Senior Event Coordinator for Steve LeVine Entertainment, I worked with clients like the Phoenix Suns, the W Scottsdale, and Mark Grace.

Upon moving to New York City in 2011, I found a home at Make it Nice Hospitality, the group behind the Michelin-starred restaurants The NoMad and Eleven Madison Park.

I had a lot of fun during my time with Make it Nice. I built the NoMad New York's special events operations department, organized operations for the annual NoMad Masquerade Ball, ran food and beverage service for the Welcome Conference, oversaw logistics for the EMP Summer House/Winter House pop-up series in East Hampton and Aspen, and project managed domestic restaurant openings and renovations.

In 2019, I branched out on my own as a wedding and event planner.

Bringing a brand’s core values to life (final product: website) gives me the same thrill as getting to the root of what is truly important for brides and grooms (final product: wedding). It is all about authenticity and not about keeping up with the Joneses. So, in 2020, I went back to my PR roots and expanded my services to include copywriting.

Outside of work, you can find me road-tripping in my Tacoma, making toast, and learning how to surf.
